About me.

Where I'm from

I grew up in Verona, moved to Switzerland for university (economics, then informatics and management), and stayed. Lugano now.

What I did

I started at M31, working on product validation and go-to-market for Adaptica’s 2Win, later acquired by Gruppo HeVision.

I founded UbiHealth, building edge-based noise autoencoders for ECG sensors. Won the Swisscom Pirates Hub competition. I made every mistake a first-time founder is supposed to make.

Head of Product & Strategy at Needleye Robotics. Before that, Actic Embedded Systems in Austria, where I shifted them onto DARVIN. Out of that, Co-founder of STARGRID: a satellite-constellation concept with former ESA guys. Earlier, Rosso24, napkin to product to a national operational partnership in two years.

What I do now

I run Nexmatica. Leading product and positioning at Virtual Land. Coach founders at NOI Techpark. The companies hiring me now want AI inside their products, and they want both halves of the job: decide what to build, and actually build it.

What I'm building

Aperto, a behavioral sandbox built on generative agents.

What I'm looking for

Work where the decision is still open and the team is willing to be wrong on the way to being right. If that’s the room you’re in, write to me.

My intellectual compass

Jacopo

On repeat.

What's been spinning lately.
